Appointment of the Consultant. Appointment MLA appoints the Consultant to provide the Services on the terms set out in this Agreement, and the Consultant accepts the appointment. At any time, the parties may negotiate a new Statement of Work. A Statement of Work will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement and binding on the parties when it is executed by both parties. The Consultant acknowledges that (a) MLA is under no obligation to acquire Services exclusively or acquire a minimum amount of Services from the Consultant or agree any Statement of Work; and (b) a Statement of Work may require the Consultant to provide part or all of the Services, and that nothing in this Agreement prevents MLA from appointing a third party to provide part or all of the Services.
Appointment of the Consultant. 3.1. The Client hereby appoints the Consultant to perform the Services on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Consultant accepts the appointment and undertakes to carry out the Services.
Appointment of the Consultant. The Company appoints the Consultant and the Consultant accepts appointment on the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement as a consultant to the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ businesses, including any other corporations hereafter formed or acquired by the Company or any of its subsidiaries to engage in any business.
Appointment of the Consultant. Subject to the following terms and conditions, the Consultant agrees to provide the Services (defined herein) to EYI and EYI hereby retains the Consultant to provide the Services. The Consultant covenants and agrees with EYI to discharge the performance of its obligations under this Agreement honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of EYI, and in connection therewith shall exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in similar circumstances.
Appointment of the Consultant. (a) With effect from the Effective Date, the Consultant will act as Consultant for HCOL. HCOL hereby confirms the appointment of the Consultant and the Consultant hereby agrees to act as Consultant for HCOL.
Appointment of the Consultant. 1.1 Pubco appoints the Consultant to carry out the corporate role of Chief Financial Officer and also assist in areas of business development and general company management.
Appointment of the Consultant. The Advisor hereby appoints the Consultant to perform the services described herein. The Consultant shall provide the Advisor with such services as are set forth in Section 4, as necessary or appropriate to assist the Advisor with respect to its proper supervision and management of the assets of the Company.
Appointment of the Consultant. (a) With effect from 12 October 2021, the Consultant will act as Consultant for LJAM. LJAM hereby confirms the appointment of the Consultant and the Consultant hereby agrees to act as Consultant for LJAM.
Appointment of the Consultant. The Consultant agrees to provide the services described in Section 2 below subject to the direction and control of the Adviser. The Consultant will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent either the Trust or the Adviser.
