Appointment Policy. (a) Subject to 16.06(b), the University will appoint the senior candidate whose education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and abilities indicate that they are qualified for the position. These factors will be given equal weight when considering candidates. Equivalency, as outlined in Article 16.03, will be used for education, knowledge, skills, experience and abilities.
