In the event the Federal government has not set guidelines on mask quality, the parties will agree to follow guidelines set by other acclaimed health organizations such as the BC Centre for Disease Control.

Protective Clothing and Supplies. The purchase of CSA approved safety boots will be reimbursed to the maximum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). Safety boots will not be reimbursed at less than a two (2) year cycle except in exceptional circumstances which will be established with the employee's supervisor.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment (a) The Employer shall provide and pay for all reasonable protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect Employees from injury and unhealthy conditions in the performance of their work. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment, devices and clothing at no cost to the Employees. The Employer shall make available to Employees an updated copy of applicable Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations, Policies and Standards including, but not limited to:

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Employee Training and Discipline To train and use reasonable measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Addendum by employees who assist in the performance of functions or activities on behalf of County under this Agreement and use or disclose PHI; and discipline such employees who intentionally violate any provisions of this Addendum, including by termination of employment.
