Apportionment of Transportation Costs. Costs for transportation shall be assessed after subtracting regional transportation reimbursement, by computing the ratio which the sum of the pupil enrollment of a member town, as determined by the enrolled students in district schools each October 1 of the current fiscal year and the preceding four years, bears to the sum of the enrolled students for the district schools, as determined by the number of students enrolled in said schools each October 1 of the current fiscal year and preceding four years.
Apportionment of Transportation Costs. Transportation Costs less the amount of Chapter 71 transportation reimbursement shall be apportioned to each Member Town by multiplying the Transportation Costs in any given year by such Member Town’s Rolling Average Applicable Percentage.
