Apprentice Development Training. (a) During the life of this Agreement, each Apprentice may be released without loss of pay to attend an Apprentice Drug and Alcohol Education / Family Violence / Suicide Prevention Training/Awareness Course.
(b) The course will be a one-day course, conducted by instructors with lived experiences.
(c) Subject to clause 12.7(a), any training undertaken in accordance with this clause will be at no cost to the Employer.
