Malpractice Insurance During the entire contract period, and at the Contractor's own expense in whole or in part from contract funds, Contractor shall ensure that each of its attorneys has malpractice insurance coverage in the minimum amount required by the Oregon State Bar. Contractor shall provide proof of such insurance to PDSC on request.
Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.
Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage
Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.
TENANT INSURANCE Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant, Xxxxxx’s family or Xxxxxx’s invitees, licensees, and/or guests for damages not proximately caused by Landlord or Landlord’s agents. Employment Insurance Rebate The short-term sick leave plan shall be registered with the Employment Insurance Commission (EIC). The nurses' share of the employer's Employment Insurance premium reduction will be retained by the Hospital towards offsetting the cost of the benefit improvements contained in this agreement.
