Common use of Apprenticeship and Training Standards Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship and Training Standards. The Apprenticeship Standards of the Southern California Resilient and Decorative Covering Crafts Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee originally adopted May 1, 1958, as amended from time to time thereafter, and registered and approved by the State of California, are incorporated into this Agreement.
