All providers will be responsible for accepting registrations and paying the City the agreed upon revenue percentage of twenty-thirty (20%- 30%) percent which will be deposited into account 001.0019000.347405 (Recreation- Community Center). The agreement is subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency and on such other terms and conditions as may be appropriate to protect and further the interest of the City. This Authorization does not create or confer any rights to Colormotion Art Studio LLC, Mind & Melody and DOJO of Exceptional Wellness.
Approval & Authorization. The Mayor and City Council hereby authorize the City Manager to execute a one (1) month agreement with 4Sound Group Inc. for the provision of providing sound and lighting for the City’s Independence Day event in an amount not to exceed $19,100.00.

The Mayor and City Councilmembers approve a sponsorship/partnership (to be determined at a later date) with Miami International Mall through the Sponsorship of their annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration event in the amount of $10,000.00 annually. The Mayor and City Councilmembers further authorize the City Manager to execute the sponsorship agreement for a period of one (1) year with two (2) additional one (1) year renewals.

The Mayor and City Councilmembers authorize the City Manager to execute the naming rights sponsorship agreement with UHealth for an initial period of five (5) years with the option to renew for an additional five (5) one (1) year renewals for a total of ten (10) years in the amount of $175,000 annually. (i) This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by such Party, and upon the due execution and delivery of this Agreement by the other Parties, this Agreement will constitute a valid and legally binding obligation of such Party, enforceable in accordance with its terms, subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent conveyance, reorganization, moratorium and other laws of general applicability relating to or affecting creditors’ rights and to general equitable principles (whether considered in a proceeding in equity or law).
