Transfer of Credits A. The receiving institution will accept 60 credits from the sending program. A total of 62 credits remain to complete the receiving program.
Transfer of Credit A minimum of 64 credit hours must be completed at four-‐year institutions with completion of the final 30 hours of credit at Avila. Transfer students with an Associate of Arts -‐ Graphic Arts from MCC will have junior standing at Avila.
Regulatory Approval 25.1 The Parties understand and agree that this Agreement and any amendment or modification hereto will be filed with the Commission for approval in accordance with Section 252 of the Act and may thereafter be filed with the FCC. The Parties believe in good faith and agree that the services to be provided under this Agreement are in the public interest. Each Party covenants and agrees to fully support approval of this Agreement by the Commission or the FCC under Section 252 of the Act without modification.
State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
Transcripting of Credit For Dual Credit Courses, high school as well as college credit shall be transcripted immediately upon a student’s completion of the performance required in the course.
Approval of Claim When an employee is granted sick leave with pay and Workers’ Compensation leave is subsequently approved for the same period it shall be considered for the purpose of the record of sick leave credits that the employee was not granted sick leave with pay.
Approval of Plans Landlord will not check Tenant drawings for building code compliance. Approval of the Final Plans by Landlord is not a representation that the drawings are in compliance with the requirements of governing authorities, and it shall be Tenant’s responsibility to meet and comply with all federal, state, and local code requirements. Approval of the Final Plans does not constitute assumption of responsibility by Landlord or its architect for their accuracy, sufficiency or efficiency, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for such matters.
Withdrawal of Cases After a case on which an Appeal Board is empowered to rule hereunder has been referred to the Appeal Board, the case may not be withdrawn by either party except by mutual consent.
Advance of Credits 33.3.1 When an employee has insufficient credits to cover the granting of sick leave with pay under the provisions of clause 33.2, sick leave with pay may, at the discretion of the Council, be granted
Withdrawal of the Proceeds of the Financing General The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Association and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.
