Approvals and Controls. Popeil shall have creative control and an absolute right of prior approval over the design, script, content and/or final edited version of any program, commercial, infomercial, press release, advertising and/or packaging in connection with any New Product acquired by Company hereunder.
Approvals and Controls a. Producer shall retain all approvals and controls, including without limitation, the right to designate the production manager, estimator and location auditor, and the right to initiate at any time and in any respect in connection with the Picture.
b. Artist shall render services at such places Producer will designate and at the times required by Producer, including Saturdays, Sundays, nights and holidays. Artist shall render Artist's services hereunder and devote Artist's best talents, efforts and abilities in accordance with the instructions, control and directions of Producer including those of creative, artistic or dramatic taste and judgment). Artist shall meet or collaborate with persons designated by Producer at such time and place as Producer may designate.
Approvals and Controls. All material changes to this policy require Board approval. The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to approve non-material changes to the policy.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, Producer shall consult with regarding major or final decisions with respect to the Picture.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to applicable union and guild requirements, and provided Artist is reasonably available (including by telephone) to so consult, Artist shall have the specified consultation rights set forth below, the exercise of which shall be in conjunction with all other individuals accorded consultation and/or approval rights in connection with the applicable Picture:

Subject to the Company’s by-laws and the approvals and controls of the Board of Directors and Howsam, Flock will have the usual consultation rights, approvals and controls over all aspects of the business and activities of the Company and its subsidiaries as are appropriate for the president of a publicly traded company.

No casual or inadvertent breach of this paragraph shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
Approvals and Controls. All Deliverables shall be subject to the requirements determined by NWA. NWA will collaborate with Subrecipient in good faith in connection with the performance of all Services and the development and implementation of all Deliverables under this Agreement.

Approvals and Controls. Sponsorship Partner shall submit Sponsorship Partner Trademarks to WPTE for inclusion in the Sponsored Episodes. WPTE shall endeavor to use the marks as provided by Sponsorship Partner, provided however, WPTE and the broadcast network shall have final approval and control in all matters including over Sponsorship Partner’s Trademark inclusion (“Approval(s)” or “Approved”).
