Approvals and Controls. Popeil shall have creative control and an absolute right of prior approval over the design, script, content and/or final edited version of any program, commercial, infomercial, press release, advertising and/or packaging in connection with any New Product acquired by Company hereunder.

Approvals and Controls. As between Producer and Financier, Producer will have all decision making authority regarding the production and exploitation of the Picture worldwide in perpetuity. Notwithstanding the forgoing, Producer shall consult with regarding major or final decisions with respect to the Picture.
