During the Term, Licensee will obtain and maintain in full force and effect in its own name all music licenses ("Music Licenses") that are currently operative with respect to the Stations and that will be required by the licenser of those Music Licenses ("Licensor"). Programmer represents and warrants to Licensee that Programmer has all rights in and to the WLIB Programs necessary or appropriate to rebroadcast such WLIB Programs on the HD2 Channel.

Schools with a combined enrollment of 850 or above will be placed in Class A (NSAA Approved Ruling 2.13.2) with the remaining schools placed in Class B. All schools in Bowling are to be placed into six districts. District assignment will be based on geographic location starting west and moving east with consideration also given to north and south to reduce travel. All competitions through the regular season will be used in wild card calculations to determine the state championship wild card qualifiers.
