Approved Response Plan. The Client and BlueVoyant will discuss and agree upon rules of engagement for service operation e.g., response actions and policies, vulnerability scanning policies, authorized client points of contact, and other operational considerations. Included in the response plan is the creation of the escalation procedures which defines who in the client’s organization should be contacted in the event of an incident.
