Approving Opinion of Bond Counsel. The Corporation will furnish to the Representative a reasonable supply of copies of the approving opinion of Bond Counsel to accompany delivery of the [YEAR] Bonds.
Approving Opinion of Bond Counsel. The Authority shall have received the approving opinions of Ballxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx & Ingersoll, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania ("Bond Counsel") dated the Closing Date and substantially in the form attached to the Official Statement as Appendix C thereto; the Underwriter shall have received a letter of Bond Counsel, dated the Closing Date, and addressed to the Underwriter to the effect that the approving opinion may be relied upon by the Underwriter to the same extent as if such opinion were addressed to it.
