Arbitration Board Hearings, Conciliation Board Hearings and Alternate Dispute Resolution Process. 22.2.1 When operational requirements permit, the Council will grant leave with pay to a reasonable number of employees representing the Association before an Arbitration Board, Conciliation Board or in an Alternate Dispute Resolution Process.
