Arbitration Board Hearings, Conciliation Board Hearings and Alternate Dispute Resolution Process. 22.2.1 When operational requirements permit, the Council will grant leave with pay to a reasonable number of employees representing the Association before an Arbitration Board, Conciliation Board or in an Alternate Dispute Resolution Process. 22.2.2 The Council will grant leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Board, Conciliation Board or in an Alternate Dispute Resolution Process, and when operational requirements permit, leave with pay to an employee called as a witness by the Association.
