Arbitration fees and charges. The fees and charges spec- ified under the Regulation respecting the remuneration of the grievance or complaint arbitrator in accordance with the Act are paid in equal shares by the parties to the dispute. If a party requests an adjournment, the party in ques- tion shall assume any charges claimed by the arbitrator arising from such request.
