Common use of Arbitration - General Clause in Contracts

Arbitration - General. (i) The arbitrator shall not have the power to add to, amend, subtract from, or in any way alter the terms of this Collective Agreement. (ii) The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and upon any person affected by it. (iii) The expenses and compensation of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties.
