Moving Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse the Employee the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) incurred by Employee for any real estate commission and closing costs paid by the Employee in the sale of his residence in Lufkin, Texas. Said sum shall be paid on August 15, 2007.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. New employees who have been recruited by the District and are required to move their place of residence as a result of accepting employment with the District shall be reimbursed for qualified moving related expenses subject to the following guidelines.
(a) The amount of reimbursement shall not exceed eighty (80) hours of straight time wage. Eligible expenses shall be limited to documented costs for relocation of furniture, household and personal items and transportation costs associated with moving the employee and family members at the then current IRS mileage rate. Costs associated with the sale or purchase of a home, lodging, meals, temporary storage of personal items, or costs that are not directly necessitated by the move will not be included in the costs subject to reimbursement. Reimbursement is only available if the employee would have to commute at least 50 extra miles from his or her former residence to get to the new job. The General Manager will make final decisions regarding the appropriateness of expenses for reimbursement.
(b) To be eligible for moving expense reimbursement, employees are required to agree to the following pay back agreement in the event that their term of employment is less than two years. Length of Employment
Moving Expense Reimbursement. Employees who are involuntarily relocated to another geographical location for the benefit of the Agency, and newly hired employees excluding temporary employees, may be reimbursed for certain ordinary, necessary and reasonable moving expenses subject to the requirements of the Department of Administrative Services Accounting Manual and the prior written approval of the Commissioner. For the purposes of this section, the exercise of any bumping option will be considered as a voluntary transfer. Reimbursement must be submitted to the Agency’s Accounting Section within sixty (60) calendar days of the final day on which the expenses were incurred in accordance with 81-1174 R.R.S. and Agency procedures.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. At such time as Executive moves himself and his family to Xxxxxxx County, Oregon, PremierWest shall reimburse Executive for his reasonable expenses incurred for moving, including selling and closing costs in selling Executive’s home and purchasing a new home in Xxxxxxx County, Oregon, and costs of moving household furniture and furnishings. Reimbursement of such expenses shall not exceed $50,000.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. Landlord agrees to reimburse Tenant for expenses incurred by Tenant in relocating to the Leased Premises in an amount equal to One Dollar ($1.00) per square foot of Net Rentable Area of the Leased Premises at the time of Tenant’s initial occupancy. Such amount shall be payable by Landlord to Tenant in cash installments as such expenses are incurred by Tenant in the ordinary course of such relocation in a manner consistent with normal business practices during the second year of the Term, with each installment due within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s receipt of an invoice therefor from Tenant. Tenant agrees not to voluntarily prepay any of such moving expenses.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. Members of this Unit who qualify for moving allowances shall be eligible for reimbursement at the rates generally available to managerial/confidential employees pursuant to Section 202 of the State Finance Law.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse you $13,629 for necessary and reasonable moving expenses and, in addition, any residential lease termination fee, associated with your move from Las Vegas, Nevada to Cincinnati, Ohio.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. Notwithstanding the commencement of this Agreement the Company will reimburse the Employee for his actual expenses incurred by Employee for (i) the expenses incurred by Employee in moving his furniture and personal possessions from Colleyville, Texas to Abilene, Kansas and (ii) actual expenses incurred by Employee for temporary housing in Abilene, Kansas until May 31, 2007 in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. When an incoming CAP is required to relocate distances that exceed fifty (50) miles from their current residence in order to begin the fellowship, the University shall reimburse the CAP, up to $3,500, for reasonable moving expenses actually incurred. If the CAP is moving less than fifty (50) miles, the College will consider granting reimbursement on a case-by-case basis, in the College’s discretion. The CAP must document receipted expenses claimed for reimbursement. The University will report such reimbursement as reportable income as may be required by federal, state, or local tax laws. If the College increases the reimbursement during the term of this Agreement on a College-wise basis, the increase will also apply to CAPs.
Moving Expense Reimbursement. The District will reimburse EMPLOYEE for her moving expenses to move to the Fresno/Clovis area, not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00), provided EMPLOYEE completes the relocation by March 31, 2023. EMPLOYEE must submit two estimates for moving expenses to Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, in advance of her relocation. Human Resources will verify and approve the reimbursement at the lower of the two estimates. The District will reimburse EMPLOYEE upon receipt of the invoice indicating it is paid in full.
