Architect Accounting Records. Architect shall maintain complete and accurate records of its personnel engaged in performing any service hereunder, personnel expenses, Reimbursable Expenses and other direct costs incurred in connection with performance under this Agreement. Records shall be maintained on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles applied consistently and shall be available for inspection or reproduction by the District upon reasonable request at any time during Architect’s performance hereunder. Following completion of the Project and the Agreement or the termination of this Agreement, Architect shall maintain accounting records for five (5) years or such longer period required by applicable law, code, rule or regulation, during which time such records shall be available to District or as otherwise required by law, code, rule or regulation for inspection or reproduction.
