Architects Responsibility. Upon receipt of a written notice of a change, ARCHITECT shall estimate the hours and costs associated with the change. ARCHITECT shall prepare a written statement showing the impact of the change on the probable Construction Cost, on the Project Schedule and on the functioning of the Project as a whole.

Architects Responsibility. The Architect shall be responsible for the accuracy of the work for the Project and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from errors, omissions, or negligent acts by the Architect. No additional compensation will be made to the Architect for any necessary revisions or corrections resulting from errors, omissions, or negligent acts by the Architect. The Architect’s responsibility for all questions arising from design errors and/or omissions will be determined by the County or a designee appointed by the County. The Architect will not be relieved of the responsibility for subsequent correction of any such errors or omissions or for clarification of any ambiguities until after the construction phase of the Project has been completed.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which contractor/renter may be held responsible for damages resulting from contractor/renter’s operations, acts, omissions or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve contractor/renter of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude the fair from taking other actions available to it under contract documents or by law, including, but not limited to, actions pursuant to contractor/renter’s indemnity obligations. The contractor/renter indemnity obligations shall survive the expiration, termination or assignment of this contract.

  • Contractor Responsibility (a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire Performance under the Contract regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs.   • Vendor Responsibility The Department of Transportation has undertaken an affirmative review of the proposed consultant’s responsibility in accordance with the applicable standards outlined in Comptroller’s Bulletin No. G-221, and based upon such review, reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is responsible has been determined.
