Common use of AREA COVERED Clause in Contracts

AREA COVERED. This Agreement shall apply to all work under the jurisdiction of the Tile Layers and Tile Finishers, as hereafter defined, in the California Counties of Alameda, Alpine, Xxxxxx, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Xxxxx, Humboldt, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Xxxxxx, San Francisco, San Xxxxxxx, San Mateo, Santa Xxxxx, Santa Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Sierra, Siskiyou, Xxxxxx, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba.
