AREA, INCIDENCE AND PARTIES BOUND. 4.1 This Agreement operates throughout the State of Western Australia and is binding on the parties and on Employees to which the Enrolled Nurses and Nursing Assistants (Government) Award applies and to Employees engaged by the Employer to work in any of the classifications listed in Clause 24 – Classification Structure and Wages and who are members of, or eligible to be members of, United Voice WA.
