Area of Applicability. The provisions of this Title shall apply to all lands within the unincorporated area of the County of El Dorado except as provided in Subsection B.
Area of Applicability. 1.1 These General Terms of Supply Agreements of AS Xxxxxx apply to all contracts concluded between Aktsiaselts Parmet, a public limited liability company with registry code 10084564 of the Republic of Estonia (hereinafter Parmet), and any natural or legal person as a client (hereinafter the Client) under which Parmet undertakes to supply to the Client products offered by Parmet (hereinafter the Goods). These General Terms are applicable regardless whether the contract is of a sales contract or of a contract for services nature.
1.2 These General Terms shall not apply in case Parmet and the Client have concluded a separate contract in written form concerning the order of the Goods and/or installation of the Goods and the parties have agreed on the non-applicability of the General Terms.
1.3 Any price quote provided by Parmet does not create any obligation on Parmet and is to be considered as an offer to enter into a contract. The contract is deemed concluded as from the acceptance by the Client of the price quote provided by Parmet and submission of an order by the Client and confirmation of such order by Parmet in a format at least reproducible in writing.
1.4 The parties may agree on deviations from these General Terms or on the non- applicability of the whole or part of the General Terms. The General Terms are applicable to the extent not otherwise agreed between the parties.
Area of Applicability. The provisions of this Treaty shall govern the territorial sea up to 12 nautical miles from the coast in the area to the north of the Ems Estuary.
Area of Applicability. 1. These Business Solutions Conditions apply to any offer and Contract between Parties to which Center Parcs have declared these Business Solutions Conditions to be applicable.
2. Deviations from these Business Solutions Conditions are only valid if these have been expressly agreed upon between Parties, and have furthermore been agreed upon in writing.
3. Customer’s general purchasing-, sales and/or other terms and conditions do not apply.
4. The Business Solutions Conditions also apply to all Contracts with Center Parcs, the implementation of which necessitates the involvement of third parties by Center Parcs.
5. Once the Business Solutions Conditions apply between the Customer and Center Parcs, these also - even without any further declaration of acceptability - apply to new offers and Contracts between Parties, unless these have expressly been excluded.
6. The Business Solutions Conditions furthermore apply to all extra-contractual relations between Parties, including – but not limited to- wrongful act.
7. If one or more of the provisions in these Business Solutions Conditions are void or are declared as such, then the remaining provisions of these Business Solutions Conditions remain fully applicable. In such an instance the Customer and Center Parcs will confer in order to agree upon new terms to replace the void and/or nullified provisions. In so doing the aim and intent of the original provision will – as much as possible- be adhered to by Parties.
8. Without prejudice to the provisions referred to in article 6.5, these General Business Conditions apply also to all natural or legal persons who are or have been in the employment of Center Parcs when the Contract was entered into or executed.
Area of Applicability. These specifications apply for X.XXX GmbH, referred to in the following as X.XXX.
Area of Applicability. 1. These Meetings & Events Conditions apply to any offer and Contract between Parties to which Center Parcs have declared these Meetings & Events Conditions to be applicable.
2. Deviations from these Meetings & Events Conditions are only valid if these have been expressly agreed upon between Parties, and have furthermore been agreed upon in writing.

Area of Applicability. 1.1. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the present general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter "General Terms and Conditions") shall apply to all present and future offers, proposals, quotations, orders, sales and purchase agreements (hereafter "Sales Agreement") between Dialex Biomedica BV with registered office at Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 0, 0000 XX, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx (hereafter “DIALEX”) and the buyer, as mentioned on the order form (hereafter “Buyer”), for goods and/or services as mentioned on any order form. No provision whatsoever, in the Buyer's documents (including its general terms and conditions) is applicable to the sales by DIALEX. By entering into a Sales Agreement with DIALEX, the Buyer declares to have received a copy of these General Terms and Conditions and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Area of Applicability. The agreement shall apply for customers in Luxembourg if Xxxxxx supplies the interface software to FS products, and the FS products are used at the same customer's location.
