  • POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

  • USE AND OCCUPANCY Tenant shall use and occupy the Demised Premises for the commercial purpose of [Description of commercial purpose] and related activities. The Demised Premises shall be used for no other purpose without the advance written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall operate the Demised Premises in a clean and dignified manner and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances. Tenant shall use the Demised Premises for no unlawful purpose or act; shall commit or permit no waste or damage to the Demised Premises; shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with and obey all applicable laws, regulations, or orders of any governmental authority or agency; shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Demised Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Real Property; and shall comply with all the rules and requirements promulgated by Landlord with respect to the Real Property, as the same may be amended from time to time.   • Possession and Occupancy The Seller will deliver possession and occupancy of the Property to the Buyer at Closing. The Seller shall provide access to all locks, including keys, remote controls, and any security/access codes, necessary to operate all locks, mailboxes, and security systems.

  • MULTIPLE TENANT OR OCCUPANT(S) Each individual that is considered a Tenant is jointly and individually liable for all of this Agreement's obligations, including but not limited to rent monies. If any Tenant, guest, or Occupant(s) violates this Agreement, the Tenant is considered to have violated this Agreement. Landlord’s requests and notices to the Tenant or any of the Occupant(s) of legal age constitutes notice to the Tenant. Notices and requests from the Tenant or any one of the Occupant(s) (including repair requests and entry permissions) constitutes notice from the Tenant. In eviction suits, the Tenant is considered the agent of the Premise for the service of process.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Licence to Occupy Premises A5.1 Any land or Premises made available to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract, shall be made available to the Contractor on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
