AREA OF OPERATIONS. Customer agrees that it may only operate the Products in the Area of Operation as defined in this Agreement. Provider shall have the right at its own expense, to examine Customer’s books, operational logs and records insofar as they concern the geographical usage of Signals for the purpose of verifying the utilization in Area of Operation.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. With reference to article 5 “area of operations” of the general conditions, the area of operations is off the Faroe Islands and West Greenland.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. The Group is set up with the following objectives:
6.1 To review and update the draft agreement produced by the Village Hall.
6.2 To investigate any requirements, constraints and resources for recommended ideas.
6.4 To identify resource requirements for proposed actions. This may include staff resource and financial resources.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. The vessel will be home ported at Pearl City Peninsula at Pearl Harbor, HI. The vessel will normally operate in, but not be restricted to, Pearl Harbor, HI, Apra Harbor, Guam, Keyport, WA and the outer islands of Hawaii. The vessel shall be able to operate in a wide range of areas worldwide. It is intended for the vessel to be on station conducting independent operations in a remote environment or operate at anchor for extended periods. The vessel should be able to make transits via the Panama Canal as needed. The vessel may be reassigned to the U.S. East Coast with 30 days’ notification. Operational control (OPCON) will be SEAL Delivery Team One (SDVT-1).
AREA OF OPERATIONS. With reference to article 5 “area of operations” of the general conditions, the area of operations is off Northern Faroe Islands
AREA OF OPERATIONS. 18.1. The area in which the Work is to be performed (the “Area of Operations”) is set forth in SCHEDULE A and comprises the Northern Territory of Australia. Operator may reasonably change the Area of Operations to a different location within the continent of Australia upon no less than ninety (90) days written notice to Contractor and subject to Contractor’s consent, not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed. The Parties each recognize that to the extent any terms and conditions of this Contract, including potential Rate adjustment, may reasonably require modification as a result of such change in the Area of Operations, any such change must be mutually agreed upon in writing in accordance with Article 54. Any new designations will then be included in or substituted, as applicable, the Area of Operations under this Contract. In such event, Contractor will proceed to mobilize and move Contractor’s Equipment to the new Area of Operations and continue the Work. 18.2. Intentionally omitted.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. Oil and Gas operations Offshore and onshore Taiwan, or held covered at terms to be agreed. It is agreed that parts and equipment removed from site for repair or storage are held covered while onshore Taiwan or neighbouring countries and during transit to and from sit but always not exceeding 1,000 miles.

AREA OF OPERATIONS. 6.1 For the purpose of Bareboat Charter the Vessel must operate within The Solent only. This area is defined as a line between Xxxxx Castle and the Needles Light House in the West to a line between Bembridge Harbour and the Entrance of Chichester Harbour in the East. Bembridge and Chichester Harbours are included as inside The Solent. Under no circumstances must the Vessel operate outside this area of operation unless a Skipper provided by the Company is on board.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. The Program shall restrict its evaluation, interpretation, and acquisition of Target Blocks to the area covered by the Fairfield Data, which area is outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto. Such area shall hereinafter be referred to as "Area of Operations".
