Arrangement Filings and Effective Date. (1) Subject to obtaining the Final Order and to the satisfaction or, where not prohibited, the waiver (subject to applicable Laws) by the Party or Parties in whose favour the condition is, of each of the conditions set out in Article 6 hereof (excluding conditions that by their terms cannot be satisfied until the Effective Date, but subject to the satisfaction or, where not prohibited, waiver by the Party or Parties in whose favour the condition is, of those conditions as of the Effective Date), unless another time or date is agreed to in writing by the Parties, any Arrangement Filings required to be filed prior to the Effective Date shall be filed by the Company with the Registrar not later than one Business Day after receipt of the Final Order, provided, however, that no Arrangement Filings shall be sent to the Registrar, for endorsement and filing by the Registrar, except as contemplated hereby or with the Purchaser’s prior written consent.

Arrangement Filings and Effective Date. (1) Mylk shall amend the Plan of Arrangement from time to time at the reasonable request of EATS, provided that no such amendment is inconsistent with the Interim Order or the Final Order or is prejudicial to the Mylk Shareholders.

Arrangement Filings and Effective Date. As soon as practicable following receipt of the Final Order, the Company shall take all necessary steps to give effect to the Arrangement in accordance with Section 5.01(h) and implement the Plan of Arrangement, including filing, pursuant to section 292 of the BCBCA, the Arrangement Filings with the Registrar. The steps of the Arrangement shall become effective in the order set out in the Plan of Arrangement.
Arrangement Filings and Effective Date. (a) Cangold shall amend the Plan of Arrangement from time to time at the reasonable request of Great Panther, provided that no such amendment is inconsistent with the Interim Order or the Final Order or is prejudicial to the Cangold Shareholders.
