Arrangements for Consultative Committees. (a) Formal consultative arrangements through consultative committees will be maintained (Committees). (b) The Committees will consist of an equal number of nominated HACSU and Employer representatives. Employer representatives shall be of sufficient seniority and hold the necessary delegated authority to discuss and conclude agreement on issues. (c) The Committees will meet at least every second month, unless agreed otherwise by the parties, and deal with issues of service delivery, OH&S issues, rostering and workplace change issues, Employees’ professional development and training needs, workforce recruitment and retention, processes to enhance resolution of Employee grievances and other matters raised by participants.
