Pre-Contract Arrivals: If a Resident is required by a University department or Academic Residential Community to attend a specific university program prior to the Check-In dates, the Resident may submit a request for an early Check-In using a Change in Arrival Request Form found at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/myhousing. University Housing’s ability to accommodate early Check-In for the winter and spring terms is very limited. Residents approved for early Check-In may Check In according to the schedule found at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/myhousing-resources. Early Check-In daily charges will be applied based on the date of Check-In prior to the opening date on a prorated basis.
