ARTICLE 11 - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Part-time Employees shall have full coverage of Article 11, Grievance Procedure however termination during the hourly equivalent of the probationary period prescribed for his class pursuant to Schedule II shall not be subject to arbitration.
