Article for Benefit of Agent and Lenders. The provisions of this Article 15 which relate to the rights and obligations of the Lenders to each other or to the rights and obligations between the Agent and the Lenders shall be for the exclusive benefit of the Agent and the Lenders, and, except to the extent provided in Sections 15.1, 15.2, 15.6, 15.10, 15.11, 15.12, 15.13, 15.14, 15.15 and 15.16, the Borrower shall not have any rights or obligations thereunder or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions. Any Lender may waive in writing any right or rights which it may have against the Agent or the other Lenders hereunder without the consent of or notice to the Borrower.
