Article References. Unless the contrary intention appears, references in this Agreement to an Article, Section, subsection, paragraph or Schedule by number or letter or both refer to the Article, Section, subsection, paragraph or Schedule, respectively, bearing that designation in this Agreement.
Article References. Unless reference is specifically made to some other document or instrument, all references herein to articles, sections and schedules are to articles, sections and schedules of this Agreement.

The provisions of this Article shall not apply where a member already off duty on regular days off, vacation, lieu days, or Statutory Holidays. Notwithstanding the above, the employee will be entitled to the day of the funeral off, with pay.
