Statutory Holidays means New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and/or any other days that may be gazetted as being a holiday in and for the Province of British Columbia;

All other overtime hours and all hours worked Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays shall be paid at two (2) times the applicable rate of pay.
