ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Employer will not cause or direct any lockout of its Employees and the Union will not cause or direct any strikes, nor will the Employees participate in any collective action which will interfere with the operation of the Employer. The definitions of the terms "lockout" and "strike" as used in article above, shall be in accordance with the Labour Relations Act of Ontario.
