ASMs other than Librarians and Counselling. Faculty Members may take their vacation leave at any time outside the period required for their normal course commitments subject to the prior notification of the Administrative Head. Vacation leave at any other time shall be granted only with the written approval of the Administrative Head. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.

In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
