Counselors as used in this article refers to unit members appropriately credentialed to provide social and academic interventions and counseling support for students. The site allocation for counselors shall be based upon a District-wide ratio of 600:1. This shall not be construed to prevent or discourage the use of District and/or local resources to improve this ratio.
