You will receive two comprehensive written reports each year and arrangements will be made for at least one interview where you can discuss your child’s development with their teacher. Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.
LIEN IMPRESSMENT AND SET-OFF You agree that We may impress and enforce a statutory lien upon Your Accounts with Us to the extent You owe Us any money and We may enforce Our right to do so without further notice to You. We have the right to set-off any of Your money or property in Our possession against any amount You owe Us. The right of set-off and Our impressed lien does not extend to any Xxxxx, XXX or similar tax deferred deposit You may have with Us. Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Initial Lease Term The Initial Lease Term is for a minimum of ten (10) years; however, the State will consider a longer lease term if economic benefits are deemed to be in the State’s best interest. Please propose a fixed, or flat, rental rate for a Gross Lease: including all expenses – taxes, insurance, janitorial services, maintenance, etc. The State may elect to pay for utilities separately so please include a cost per square foot to reduce the rental rate if such occurs.
Lodgement of SWS wage assessment agreement C.6.1 All SWS wage assessment agreements under the conditions of this schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the employee, must be lodged by the employer with Fair Work Australia.
Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.
Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
SERVICE FEES AND ASSESSMENTS UCF DHRL reserves the right to charge the Student for various services or as a form of sanction; charges may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/costs/charges/; charge amounts are updated from time to time, the Student is responsible for the charge amount posted on the website on the date the charge is assessed.
