Assessment of Performance While on Probation. An employee must be evaluated during their probationary period. Throughout the probationary period, management will provide timely and constructive feedback to the employee no later than the mid-point (3 months) of the probationary period that is relevant to meeting the requirements of the position. Performance must be discussed with the employee and necessary improvements will be provided to the employee in writing.
