Assessments and Liens. Grantor will pay when due all taxes, assessments and liens upon the Collateral, its use or operation, upon this Agreement, upon any promissory note or notes evidencing the Indebtedness, or upon any of the other Related Documents. Assessments and Liens. DDI has no knowledge of any proposed tax assessment, obligation or other claim against DDI and all tax liabilities of DDI are adequately provided for on the books of DDI. There are no liens for taxes upon any property or assets of DDI, except for liens for taxes not yet due.
