Assignability of Rights. The Company may not assign any of its rights or delegate any of its duties under this Agreement without the written consent of Holder.
Assignability of Rights. We may assign the rights you are granting to us to third parties to the extent that we make our content available through station-‐branded platforms, including social media, apps, state or regional broadcast networks, or other station branded media. Should the station receive compensation for your work, the station will share revenue with you, with 70% going to you and 30% to the station.
Assignability of Rights. The ----------------------- registration rights may be assigned to an assignee who agrees in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Investors' Rights Agreement and who (a) after such transfer owns at least 100,000 shares of Preferred or Common Stock issued upon conversion thereof, (b) is an option holder, (c) is a holder of registrable securities of the Company or a family member of the transferor, or (d) is a trust for the benefit of an option holder or a family member, in a private transaction in which such transferee will own not less than 20,000 shares of Preferred or Common Stock issued upon conversion thereof.
Assignability of Rights. Pledgor may not assign any of his rights under this Agreement, and any attempted assignment shall be void and considered a default under this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement which are for MDC's benefit as a holder of the Collateral are also for the benefit of, and enforceable by any subsequent holder of the Note or the Collateral.
Assignability of Rights. All rights, privileges and preferences, granted to the Investors pursuant to this Agreement shall be freely assignable to Transferees of Common Stock.

Purchaser may freely assign all its rights under this Agreement, provided that any Aircraft to be modified under this Agreement shall meet the technical requirements of the Supplemental Type Certificate. In the event that the owner of the Aircraft should transfer the Stage III Hush Kit to another Aircraft, QTV agrees to issue or cause to be issued at a nominal charge a Flight Manual Supplement for the receiving Aircraft, provided that the receiving Aircraft complies with the technical requirements of the Supplemental Type Certificate.
Assignability of Rights. All covenants and agreements made herein shall bind the successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and such covenants and agreements and the rights and obligations of the parties herein shall be assignable as provided in Sections 2.7, 3.2, 4.8 and 5.5, whether so expressed or not, and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all such covenants and agreements shall inure to the benefit of the Investors' successors and assigns and to transferees of the Securities, whether so expressed or not, subject to the provisions of Sections 2.7, 3.2, 4.8 and 5.5.
Assignability of Rights. The Company may not assign any of its rights under this Agreement without Purchaser's written consent. Subject to compliance with Section 4.4 hereof, the provisions of this Agreement which are for Purchaser's benefit as a purchaser or holder of Purchased Stock are also for the benefit of, and enforceable by any subsequent holder of such Purchased Stock who is not a competitor of the Company.
