Maintenance Responsibilities 42. State may conduct periodic inspections during the life of the Project to verify that the Project is properly maintained and continues to serve the purpose for which federal funds were provided. Maintenance and power responsibilities shall survive any termination of the Project Agreement. In the event the Project will include or affect a state highway, this provision does not address maintenance of that state highway.
