Common use of Assignment Limitations Clause in Contracts

Assignment Limitations. A faculty member may not be scheduled for the following regular assignments without consultation: 12.4.6.1 A day assignment following an evening assignment with less than an eleven (11) hour break; 12.4.6.2 A six (6) consecutive-day assignment; 12.4.6.3 More than five (5) consecutive hours of instruction or six (6) consecutive hours of a non-instructional assignment without a half-hour intervening break (except for Saturday and summer classes).
