Assignment of General Contractor's Agreement. Borrower shall cause Tenant to execute and deliver to Lender a Collateral Assignment of General Contractor’s Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, in which the General Contractor agrees that, in the event of a default by Xxxxxx under the General contract or the occurrence of an Event of Default, under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the General Contractor will, at the request of Xxxxxx, continue performance under the General Contract until completion of the Improvements, provided that the General Contractor is thereafter paid for all necessary labor, materials and equipment furnished to the Real Property in accordance with the General Contract. Lender shall have reviewed and approved the General Contract.
