Assignment of Work definition

Assignment of Work means a description of a project to be ordered under a Job Order Contract which contains sufficient detail to determine quantities and quality, and the time for performance.
Assignment of Work for full-time and part-time employees an assignment of work is the total number of shifts assigned per week in the weekly schedule which runs from Monday through Sunday.

Related to Assignment of Work

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Patent Assignment Agreement means the Patent Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G.

  • IP Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

Buying land and preparatory works such as obtaining permits and conducting feasibility studies are not considered start of works. For take-overs, ‘start of works’ means the moment of acquiring the assets directly linked to the acquired establishment;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
