Assignment of Trainees. In the event that the new or vacant position has not been filled in accordance with Articles 38.04, 38.05 and 38.06, the Company may assign a trainee having completed basic training, to his or her initial assignment, or assign a rehired FSS employee meeting basic qualifications to his or her initial assignment.
