Assignment or Transfer of Contract. You hereby agree and give your consent to this Contract being assigned or transferred to another supplier. The assignment or transfer of this Contract will maintain all contractual terms and conditions, including pricing, through the term of this Contract. XOOM will send you, both by U.S. mail and by e- mail, a “Notice of Assignment” at least 45 days prior to the intended assignment. If you do not consent to assignment or transfer of this Contract, you will not be eligible to enroll with XOOM
Assignment or Transfer of Contract. 1. The Consultant shall not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of this contract or any interest therein to any party, except upon such terms and conditions as the Commission may approve.
Assignment or Transfer of Contract. This Agreement shall extend to, and be binding upon Starion’s and Customer’s respective successors and permitted assigns; provided, however, that Customer may not assign this Agreement without Starion’s prior written consent, and any purported assignment without such consent shall be void. Starion may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate of Starion or to another competitive electricity supplier licensed to do business in Connecticut, in whole or in part. Starion will provide reasonable notice to Customer in writing prior to assigning this Agreement, as required by PURA. If Customer chooses not to continue this Agreement upon Assignment, Customer will be transferred to Standard Service provided by the EDC unless Customer chooses another electricity supplier.
Assignment or Transfer of Contract. The contractor shall not without prior written approval of the accepting officer, assign or transfer the contract or any part thereof or any share, or interest wherein to any other person. No sum of money which may become payable under the contract shall be payable to any person other than the contractor without prior written approval of Accepting Officer to the assignment or transfer of such money.
Assignment or Transfer of Contract. 16.1 Contractor shall not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any portion of it, or of the Work provided for in the Contract, or of its right, title, or interest in the Contract, to any person, party, entity, firm, partnership, company or corporation without the prior written consent of CTDOT. Any such prohibited action shall be void and of no force or effect. Violation of the above stipulation shall be deemed a Breach, CTDOT shall have the right to terminate this Contract without liability.
16.2 Contractor shall not subcontract any portion of the Work required for the completion of this Contract without the prior written approval of CTDOT. The form of any subcontract shall be as developed by Contractor and must be approved by CTDOT.
16.3 CTDOT may assign this Contract, in full or in part, at any time without the consent of Contractor and will provide Official Notice to Contractor regarding such assignment.

M/s Vodafone shall not without prior written approval of the Accepting Authority assign or transfer the Contract or part thereof, any share, or interest therein to any other person. All terms & conditions herein containing shall be extended to and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Contractor. The work shall not be transferred in whole or in part without the prior written approval of the PSTCL to a person, Company or Organization.

No sum of money which may become payable under the contract shall be payable to any person, other than the contractor unless the prior written approval of the BHEL to the assignment or transfer of such money is given.
