Common use of Assignment to Home Clause in Contracts

Assignment to Home. In the case of a serious infraction the Superintendent or, in the absence of the Superintendent, the Director of Human Resources, may immediately assign a teacher to his/her home – prior to a pre-disciplinary meeting and a disciplinary hearing.
