ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. Lessee shall not assign this Lease in any event, and shall not sublet the Premises, and will not permit the use of said Premises by anyone other than the Lessee, and the agents, contractors, grantors and grantees, and servants of the Lessee, without prior written approval of the Lessor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. Tenant(s) shall not assign this lease agreement, transfer any interest, advertise, or solicit any third parties to advertise any rental or use of the premises, rent to another or sublet the premises or any part thereof for any period of time. Airbnb or similar types of renting, subletting, room rentals, couch surfing, advertising to rent or use, or home exchanging is expressly prohibited and shall be a material breach of the lease agreement. Roommates are not permitted without written approval of Owner’s Agent. If a roommate is permitted, they may not move in until an application is completed and approved.
ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. Tenant shall not assign this Lease, nor sublet or license the use of the Apartment or any part thereof, without prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole judgment. To assign, sublet or license a Tenant’s interest in the Lease and/or the Apartment, the new Tenant must submit a rental application to Landlord (found on Landlord’s Website). Once the application is received by Landlord, the new Tenant, the departing Tenant and the remaining Tenants must meet with Landlord to complete a “Residential Assignment” form. The new Tenant must provide all information which Landlord reasonably requests, including, without limitation, completing any background check form(s) required by Landlord. The departing Tenant must submit a Three Hundred Dollar ($300.00) “Assignment Fee”. The new tenant’s application should be received by Landlord not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date the parties wish the assignment of sublet to occur. Landlord has no obligation to begin its review process until it has received all of the foregoing items. If Landlord approves the assignment or subletting, Landlord shall retain the Assignment Fee and, as of the date specified on Landlord’s written approval of the assignment or sublet, the new Tenant shall assume all of the departing Tenant’s rights and obligations under the Lease and the departing Tenant and Landlord shall release each other from all rights and obligations under the Lease. If Landlord does not approve of an assignment or sublet, Landlord will provide written notice to the departing Tenant and return the Assignment Fee (less the cost of any background checks or other 3rd party fees) to the new Tenant within a reasonable period after making its determination.

ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. 11.1 Lessee not to sublet or assign without consent The Lessee will not, except as provided in this clause, sublet, assign, mortgage, charge or part with possession of the Land or any part of the Land or this Lease or any estate or interest of this Lease to any person. The Lessee may with the prior written consent of the Lessor assign the whole of this Lease or sublet part only of the Land. The Lessor will not unreasonably withhold the Lessor’s consent to an assignment or subleasing to a respectable, responsible, solvent and suitable assignee or sublessee, who the Lessor is satisfied will respect the mana of the whenua, and who will comply with clause 4 (“the Transferee”). Before giving consent and as a condition precedent the Lessor shall be entitled to performance and satisfaction of the following conditions:
ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. Trend agrees that it will not assign or sublet in whole or part any portion of the subject sublet Premises without the prior written consent of GameTech, which said consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. Tenant shall not sublet all or any part of Premises, or assign or transfer this Agreement or any interest in it, without prior written consent of Landlord. Unless such consent is obtained, any assignment, transfer or subletting of Premises or this Agreement or tenancy by voluntary act of Tenant, operation of law, or otherwise, shall be null and void, and, at the option of Landlord, terminate this Agreement. Any proposed assignee, transferee or sublessee shall submit to Landlord an application and credit information for Landlord’s approval, and, if approved, sign a separate written agreement with Landlord and Tenant. Landlord’s consent to any one assignment, transfer, or sublease, shall not be construed as consent to any subsequent assignment, transfer or sublease, and does not release Tenant or Tenant’s obligation under this Agreement.
ASSIGNMENTS/SUBLETTING. TENANT(s) shall not assign this lease or sublet the premises or any part thereof. Any unauthorized transfer of interest by the TENANT(s) shall be a breach of this agreement.
