Assignments within Classifications. It is understood and agreed that the Employer shall have the right to make daily employee assignments within their respective job classifications. The Employer, based upon work requirements, will endeavor not to transfer the same employee on a regular basis. The Employer will not utilize this section as a method of disciplinary action in the progressive discipline system.
