Assistance of NSNU Representative. The Local Union may have the assistance of a representative from the Union in all meetings relating to labour relations between the Union and the Employer. These meetings will not be unreasonably delayed if a representative from the Union is required by the Local Union. The Union agrees that Union activities not provided for in this Agreement will not take place during working hours or on the premises of the Employer, without the consent of the Employer.
Assistance of NSNU Representative. The Local Union Nurses may have the assistance of a representative from the Union in all meetings relating to labour relations between the Union and the VON.
