Common use of Assistance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Assistance Requirements. Processor shall assist Controller with: compliance with Applicable Data Protection Laws; suspected and relevant Data Breaches; notifications to, or inquiries from a Data Protection Authority; notifications to, and inquiries from, Data Subjects; and Controller’s obligation to carry out data protection impact assessments and prior consultations with a Data Protection Authority.
