Assistant Production Coordinator (APC. (a) The Assistant Production Coordinator is engaged by the Producer in consultation with the PM and PC to act as an assistant to the Production Coordinator. (b) The duties of an Assistant Production Coordinator may include, but are not limited to the supervision of or participation in typing, filing, answering the telephones, and related duties in maintaining an organized and efficient production office. (c) Under no circumstances may an Assistant Production Coordinator work without the supervision of a Production Coordinator.
